This space was a sort of pass through room - at the center of the house on a recent project. It had three passage way doors to other rooms- and a powder bath and pantry off it. Our goal was to help it be a destination space of its own - one for flopp
This attic’s before was a pull down ladder to an unfinished space…with some love from a very dedicated crew, the after is a pretty magical space for our client’s three boys.

This recent project was a meticulous renovation over three years in Georgetown. It was a wonderful collaboration with Smith & Hutton Architects. One that we both delighted on getting every detail right for clients that had exquisite taste.
